I grew up in a small town in Southern Colorado, where the mining and construction industries were a central part of daily life. From an early age, I was drawn to the world of business and hard work, always looking for ways to create solutions and provide value. At just 16, I launched my first company—an industrial pressure washing service—laying the foundation for a lifelong entrepreneurial journey.

Integrity and doing the right thing, no matter the circumstances, have always been my guiding principles. These values are at the core of everything I do, from building strong business relationships to delivering high-quality services. With a deep understanding of the industrial sector and a passion for problem-solving, I’ve dedicated my career to developing innovative solutions that meet the toughest challenges.

As co-founder of AquaForce Disaster Services, Jeremy Stodola brings years of expertise in disaster restoration and business operations. Responsible for overseeing AquaForce’s day-to-day operations, Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Bellevue University among other degrees and certifications. With leadership experience spanning from the military to key positions at nationally recognized companies, Jeremy has honed his skills in water mitigation, structural drying, project management and construction. His broad background has provided him with the expertise to navigate complex operational challenges while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery at AquaForce.

Jeremy holds several IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), among others. With over 15 years of hands-on experience and deep technical expertise, he
ensures that AquaForce’s technicians receive top-tier training and that every job meets the highest industry standards.

Prior to founding AquaForce, Jeremy held positions in restoration management, technician training, and field operations, where he developed a strong understanding of the complexities of disaster recovery and construction. His ability to blend technical expertise with operational leadership makes him a driving force behind AquaForce’s mission to provide reliable, high-quality restoration services.
